MANUFATURER WARRANTIES
Warranty on Shingles: Atlas & CertainTeed shingles manufacturers, Limited Lifetime Warranty, Wind Resistance 130MPH
Warranty Atlas Algae-Resistant shingles, limited lifetime, first 15 years non-prorated. Scotchgard-protector by 3M. Copper mineral stains streak fighter, ( The color of Clean)
Warranty is transferable: For more warranty information visit the shingles manufacturer or www.eagleeyeroofing.us.
LABOR WARRANTY
Labor Craftmanship Warranty: 10 years, labor and material non-prorated (Full Warranty) from Eagle Eye Roofing.
Warranties: 20-year and 25-year, Labor craftsmanship warranties, contact us for pricing.
Warranty starts from the time the roofing project is completed.
OTHER WARRANTIES
Warranty on siding is 10 years from which the contract is executed.
Warranty on gutters and downspouts is 2 years from which time the contract is executed.
Warranty on all other repairs is 0-1-2 years from which time the contract is executed.

CANCELATION TERMS
THREE-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD. You have the right to cancel this agreement within 3 business days of the date on the face of this document. You must send a copy of the Notice of Rescission dated on or before the 3-day period. Send Notice of Rescission to Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC. 1428 Edison St NW, Hartville, OH. 44685. Once work is commenced, the 3-day rescission period will immediately expire.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
All contracts are subject to approval by Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC. Payment terms, as well as the scope of work and additional work trade-offs, are subject to approval by management.
Payments Terms: First payment will be a Deposit of 50% of the total amount, Second payment is due upon completion of the project, a check is to be made out to Eagle Eye Roofing, and send to – 1428 Edison St NW, Hartville, Ohio 44685 – Should a default of payment arrangements occur, Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC may add late charges at 1.5% per month.
All transactions submitted via credit card or debit card will incur a fee of 3% transaction fee.
Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC does carry commercial liability insurance to cover “at fault” losses, not to exceed $2,000,000.00.
The cost of replacing rotted or damaged decking, will be an additional amount to the total if there is any wood replacement that is needed. O.S.B 7/16″- 1/2″ – $60-75 per 4’x8′ sheet. O.S.B 5/8″ – $90 per 4’x8′ sheet. 3/4″ O.S.B – $110.00 per 4’x8′ sheet, 3/4″ one by decking/planking $8 per ft, fascia, or any other building defects shall not be absorbed by Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC. If there is any other work that may need to be done at the property, for the completion of the roofing project, such as rotted wood fascia, rafters, or trusses, Eagle Eye Roofing will notify the customer of what we found and the cost to repair.
CONDITIONS OF LIABILITY
This proposal will expire in 90 days. Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC reserves the right to reprise this Inspection.
Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC shall not be liable for delays resulting from a lack of materials, weather, or any other circumstances uncontrollable by Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC.
Any representation, statements, or other communication not in writing on this agreement shall be considered immaterial, not relied on by either Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC or the customer, and do not survive the execution of this contract.
The maximum liability of Eagle Eye Roofing, LLC shall not exceed the original cost of materials and labor from the insurance company’s Inspection in the event of any litigation.
PROPERTY AND INJURY LIABILITIES
Driveway Terms: I understand that roll-off trucks and dumpsters are extremely heavy, especially when the dumpster is loaded. I warrant that this drop area has been constructed of sufficient material to bear the weight of this equipment. I agree to not hold Eagle Eye Roofing responsible for damage to any private pavement or subsurface which was utilized to make this dumpster delivery or pick-up. Eagle Eye Roofing does not hold any responsibility for old or rundown driveways from being undermined under the weight of the dumpster. In case damages or scratches are incurred as a result of Eagle Eye Roofing personnel, Eagle
Eye Roofing holds responsibility for fixing any accidental scratches or stains.
Dumpster Terms: Throwing any household or personal items into the dumpster is prohibited.
Injury Liabilities: Eagle Eye roofing does not permit any playing or climbing on or around the dumpster. If any individuals are hurt while doing so Eagle Eye Roofing will not be held accountable.
